Road Trip!

In an effort to explore cities they may want to live, mommy and daddy dragged me on a multi-city road trip incuding Tallahassee, Auburn, Athens, Ashville, Johnson City, Boone, Roanoke, Greensboro, Chapel Hill, and Columbia (in that order). I snoozed through most of the exploration (growing can be so exhausting), which was delightful for my parents who were skeptical about travelling with an infant. While I did have my moments:


I was mostly an angel child.

Highlights of the trip were:

My first trip to New River Gorge (WVa) - Do not be deceived by the smiles in the picture, I was not a happy baby that day and didn't hesitate to let my parents know it!


*Visiting with my cousins, Kate (left), and Grace (right). I Loved spending time with them, and even took a long nap in Grace's arms.


*My fist ourdoor festival and concert (Sister Hazel, fellow ACRs). We met up with some of daddy's friends from college in the Virginia Highland area of ATL. It was incredibly HOT, but we found a comfy shaded spot to hang out.



In all, I've now been to 6 southeastern states in my 5.5 weeks of life. I am on my way to becoming a world traveller!!
